Cancelation Policy

Life happens, and we understand when emergencies occur. We are understanding when unforeseen circumstances arise. With the exception for emergencies, for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of service costs. Any deposits for special events are non-refundable

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be required to reschedule some or all of their services to ensure that their services are given an appropriate amount of time and attention.
